Management Team

Todd Starcevich

Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer for ShopperTrak, Todd Starcevich oversees all day-to-day management of product installation; overall support services; data review and analysis; and product assembly, shipping and receiving to support the overall growth of the company. Additionally, he is responsible for developing medium and long term support strategy for new ShopperTrak services, as well as unique client arrangements; identifying areas for process and  procedural improvement.

Mr. Starcevich joined ShopperTrak in 2006 charged with developing the implementation program for large scale traffic counting projects and key pilot opportunities with new clients. In 2007, he assumed the responsibility for all of the ShopperTrak Implementation Services, including vendor management, installation, and quality control. He was promoted to his current post as Vice President in 2008. Prior to joining ShopperTrak, Mr. Starcevich was a business manager for Border Group’s specialty retail division, providing general management of seasonal businesses and emerging kiosk business concepts. He began his career working in various roles in Marketing, Corporate Sponsorship, and gameday operations for the Detroit Lions Football Organization.

Mr. Starcevich attended Northern Michigan University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
