Retail analytics firm opens new lab office in epicenter of high tech research and development

NRF BIG SHOW, NEW YORK – January 13, 2015 – Reinforcing its position as the industry leader in exploring new and emerging technologies that will better serve its clients, ShopperTrak, the leading global provider of consumer behavior insights and location based analytics, announced the opening of its new cutting edge innovation labs office in San Francisco, Ca., considered the epicenter of high tech research and development.

“Our new (ShopperTrak Labs) office is an essential phase in our efforts to remain the industry leader in developing new technologies for location-based analytics,” said ShopperTrak CEO Christopher Ainsley. “As we continue to improve our technology services and evaluation abilities, it was only logical to tap into the tech culture of San Francisco.”

The 2,000 square foot office houses ShopperTrak’s core innovation unit, where the company evaluates technological advances. Such solutions are ultimately utilized to help retail clients better understand their customers, optimize their business practices and improve profitability.
