Mickey was there in 2003 when Coldwater Creek introduced traffic. She brings an incredible depth of knowledge and experience to the topic of the evolution of conversion rate accountability at Coldwater Creek, and will also discuss the 2009 introduction of a completely new traffic-based metric!
