Implementation of the ShopperTrak traffic counting system is managed by a dedicated project manager, who is responsible for complete project planning, communication and resource management. From a physical installation perspective, ShopperTrak fully owns the fulfillment and deployment of every device. In the field, ShopperTrak works with world-class installation vendors who are dedicated to professional installations at each location. Every installed device goes through an extensive configuration and quality control process, where actual data analysts will monitor data and review video samples to ensure better than 95% accuracy.
Remote Service Capabilities
In production, each device is proactively monitored every day to ensure that consistent data is being delivered accurately and on-time. ShopperTrak utilizes experienced data analysts from our seven international offices to offer complete global coverage and round the clock support for data processing. Every site that ShopperTrak installs is remotely monitored and managed, so the majority of troubleshooting is handled from our offices with little impact to on-site activity and seldom need for field technician visits.
Your Dedicated Client Manager
A dedicated client manager works with each client to train individuals on reporting tools, educate field managers on system functionality, and manage daily inquiries about opportunities identified through key performance indicators.
