How Can We Be So Sure?

Professional Installation: An accurate and dependable counting process begins with a professional installation.  Before any store visit, ShopperTrak gathers the required information for each location, including the store layout, entrances, and reporting needs.

Custom Configuration: Once installed, each Orbit must be custom configured to the individual traffic patterns of each store.  To start the process, a ShopperTrak technical expert instructs the Orbit to generate an entrance picture from the site.  This photo becomes the reference point for the configuration.

Accuracy Validation: After the configuration is complete, it must be validated.  This validation process ensures that a store's data is not released for customer use until it meets ShopperTrak's contractual criteria for accuracy.  ShopperTrak counting accuracy is usually in the 96 to 98% range.
