Adan K. Pope Joins ShopperTrak as Chief Technology Officer
CHICAGO – April 28, 2015 –ShopperTrak, the leading global provider of consumer behavior insights and location-based analytics, today announced that Adan K. Pope has joined the company as chief technology officer.
Prior to joining ShopperTrak, Pope served as vice president of technology and chief technology officer for the Business Unit Support Solutions within Ericsson, where he was responsible for leading the overall vision and strategy, while driving industry-leading technology across their portfolio of products.

With more than 25 years of business development and technology experience, Pope has led strategic innovation for several companies, including Ericcson, Telecordia, Amdocs and Clear Communications Inc. He also served as the director of network products for Midway Games and was a group manager with Tellabs Operations, Inc. Pope began his career at AT&T Bell Labs.

Pope holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from DeVry University, as well as a Master’s of Science in Computer Science and an MBA from North Central College. He is also an avid supporter of the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
