Goodwill of Southeastern Wisconsin selects ShopperTrak Traffic Insights to enhance in-store operations
Nonprofit retailer leverages ShopperTrak to better understand shopper behavior and improve store performance
CHICAGO – April 10, 2018 – Tyco Retail Solutions today announced that Goodwill of Southeastern Wisconsin, the largest of more than 162 Goodwill organizations in the world, has selected its ShopperTrak in-store traffic analytics solution to provide shopper behavior insights across all of its 67 retail locations. The full roll-out follows a successful eight-store pilot, in which in-store conversion rates increased an average of three percent across all stores.

With this in mind, Goodwill of Southeastern Wisconsin, which was new to traffic counting, opted to roll-out the ShopperTrak traffic analytics solution. And in collaborative partnership with the ShopperTrak team, specifically the Customer Success group, Goodwill receives actionable recommendations that allow the retailer to better understand their store performance, optimize their scheduling to meet customer needs and grow their bottom line.
