ShopperTrak Introduces Industry’s First On-Demand Learning Resource

CHICAGO – September 3, 2014 – ShopperTrak, the leading global provider of consumer behavior insights and location-based analytics, today introduced ShopperTrak Academy, the first on-demand learning resource in the retail industry. This complete learning management system (LMS) empowers customers to better leverage ShopperTrak’s solutions through a series of robust training modules. Ultimately, ShopperTrak Academy drives field support and adoption across retail organizations by providing role-based, high-quality training material that is focused on turning shopper insights into results.

In addition to the training modules, ShopperTrak customers have access to a document library containing FAQs, best practices, white papers, case studies and training guides. ShopperTrak will continue to add modules to cover additional subject matter, including labor allocation and optimization, as well as strategies to increase average transaction size (ATS).
