- Learn about the ShopperTrak Innovation Labs in San Francisco and new technologies being developed to drive business.
“Although the customer journey has become more complex, the in-store experience is still a key factor,” said Christopher Ainsley, CEO, ShopperTrak. “As the retail landscape continues to evolve and the needs of today’s shopper shift, it is imperative that physical retailers understand how to leverage analytics and adapt appropriately. Our goal is to make this conference educational, informative and fun – to ensure attendees walk away with new strategies and solutions to tackle some of retail’s latest challenges.”
