Have you ever wondered if other retailers use traffic the same way you do? Curious to know where they’ve triumphed and struggled? Interested in knowing how investing in traffic affects other retailers’ bottom lines?
If the answer to any of the above questions is a resounding “yes,” then be sure to stop by Shoppertrak’s Big Ideas session at NRF’s Big Show! Our session — titled, “Achieving New Levels of Customer Engagement with Prescriptive Retail Analytics” — will feature presentations from two retailers who have extensive traffic experience.
During the session, Jonas Stillman, Director – Retail Systems, & Omni-channel Initiatives at Office Depot, and John Cavellini, former Financial Analyst at Williams-Sonoma, will share how they manage to find value in leveraging ShopperTrak’s traffic solution. They’ll also get down to the nitty-gritty details about how to track and optimize customer engagement through using shopper-to-associate ratio, sales-per-shopper stats, the first-area-to-visit metric, abandonment, and other essential KPIs. Moderated by Brian Field, Sr. Director of Advisory Services at ShopperTrak, the session will engage Stillman and Cavellini in a discussion on how in-store engagement is key to, not only, sales, but to making strides when it comes to omnichannel efforts. An open-floor Q&A will follow the moderated discussion.
The session will go from 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. Hope to see you there!
In order to get a flavor of ShopperTrak’s NRF session from last year session and learn how Catherine McCabe, who was then Teavana’s Vice President of Sales, Operations, Learning and Development, leveraged ShopperTrak’s solutions to build a successful new labor model around existing traffic numbers and desired conversion levels, check out the video footage from the session here and here.
