To get your company in our system we need the below form filled out with your legal business name and contact information for those that we will be working with.
Please fill out one for each location you would like installed with ShopperTrak. We need the address to be accurate, so we can ship equipment to the store.
The Customer ID should be your RICS ID number, this will ensure that your sales data is properly integrated into the ShopperTrak analytics Platform.
Once all your documentation has been submitted your installation coordinator will follow up in a few days to schedule a site survey, so we can determine exactly what equipment we will need for your store.
