Today, ShopperTrak announced the launch of our Advanced Analytics platform at NRF’s “Big Show.” Advanced Analytics seamlessly combines powerful sets of data – both internal and external – into one, easily accessible platform that enables retailers and mall owners/operators to gain unparalleled levels of insight.

Advanced Analytics – which possesses key features including data visualization and peer grouping – enables retailers to make highly informed decisions, manage store and associate performance, and evaluate marketing effectiveness. Further, the platform allows retailers to integrate their individual data, including traffic gathered from ShopperTrak or third party devices, in real time.

Mall owners/operators will similarly benefit from Advanced Analytics, gaining a view into visitor behaviors including when and where shoppers enter, where they roam and how long they stay from one, comprehensive platform.
